About the Album

The 2013 festive New Year's Eve gala from the Semperoper Dresden had a special theme: World hits from Berlin to Broadway. Christian Thielemann and the Staatskapelle Dresden play the most beautiful operetta hits by Paul Lincke, Eduard Künneke or Richard Tauber.
